Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer must have been confirmed by a biopsy and has either not responded to standard therapies, you couldn't tolerate them, or no standard treatment exists.
  • You should be able to take care of most daily tasks yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your major organs need to work well enough (checked with blood and other tests).
  • You must agree to use effective birth control from the start of the study until 2 months after your last dose.
