  • You have been diagnosed with diaplegic cerebral palsy
  • Your walking ability is at GMFCS level I, II, or III
  • You are medically stable and can safely exercise
  • No severe learning or thinking problems that would prevent participation
  • No heart or lung conditions that make exercise unsafe
  • No past chest surgery or chest shape problems
