  • You are 20 years old or older.
  • You have a type of bladder cancer called urothelial carcinoma.
  • Your cancer has spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body.
  • You are scheduled to receive treatment with enfortumab vedotin (EV), either alone or with other drugs.
  • You agree to have regular check-ups to monitor your nervous system function.
  • You agree to let the study team access your medical records.
