  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (a type of bladder cancer) confirmed by biopsy
  • Your doctor plans to treat you with enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab as part of your regular cancer care
  • You do not have severe nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) already affecting your hands or feet
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or allergic to the study medication Neuridase
  • You are able to give written informed consent and participate in study visits
