Who can take part

  • Have had surgery to remove your prostate for prostate cancer
  • Have at least one high-risk feature (like a positive margin, a rising PSA above 0.03, intermediate/high Decipher score, or cancer in lymph nodes)
  • Be 18 years or older and in generally good health (KPS 70+ or ECOG 0-1)
  • Be able to get a CT and MRI of the pelvis (or a special MRI if needed) within the past 4 months
  • Not have cancer that has spread to distant organs, certain types of prostate cancer, or a history of inflammatory bowel disease or ataxia telangiectasia
