Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You have had PTSD symptoms for more than 3 months.
- You are generally healthy and not taking certain medications that could interfere with the study drug.
- You agree to avoid alcohol for 2 weeks and nicotine, marijuana, or other drugs for 4 weeks before the study sessions.
- If you are a woman with a natural menstrual cycle, you and your partner must use two types of effective birth control (not hormonal pills, but an IUD or Nuvaring is okay) starting a week before the infusion and for a month after.
