Who can take part
- You are a woman 18 or older with inflammatory breast cancer (stage IIIB).
- You must have completed chemotherapy and your lymph nodes now show no signs of cancer on exam and scans.
- You do not have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body or to the opposite armpit.
- You have not had breast cancer in the same breast before.
- You are not pregnant.
- You are willing to have all armpit lymph nodes removed if needed.
