Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) that is your main health concern.
- Your OCD symptoms are moderate to severe (score of 17 or higher on a standard OCD questionnaire).
- You can communicate in Spanish and have internet access.
- You are willing to spend about 30 minutes each day on the treatment.
- You are not currently in another talk therapy for OCD, and you have not had 8 or more sessions of CBT for OCD in the past year.
