Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have at least one year of experience with plyometric or athletic training.
  • You are not currently doing any other exercise programs like gymnastics.
  • You have not had any major muscle, bone, or joint injuries or surgeries in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have any medical conditions that would make jumping exercises unsafe (for example, heart or breathing problems).
