  • You are carrying one baby (or twins that reduced to one before 14 weeks).
  • You are between 38 weeks 4 days and 38 weeks 6 days pregnant when starting the study.
  • You want to deliver vaginally and are considered low-risk by two senior doctors.
  • You have a reliable due date and can provide informed consent.
  • You have no medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or infections that require early delivery.
