  • You are 18 to 25 years old.
  • You are generally healthy with no major medical conditions.
  • You have not had strep throat in the last 4 weeks.
  • You agree to use effective birth control if needed (or are not able to become pregnant).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant soon.
  • You have not had a previous Strep A vaccine or any investigational vaccine in the last 30 days.
