Who can take part

  • Your child must attend a school in Mangochi, Salima, Karonga, or Dowa district.
  • The school must run its own home-grown feeding program (buys food locally with school funds).
  • Your child must be at least 10 years old.
  • Your child should not have severe food allergies or health issues that affect eating.
  • Your child should be willing to eat fish powder added to school meals.
