  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are a physician in training at Cedars-Sinai (internal medicine resident or gastroenterology fellow).
  • You are a Cedars-Sinai employee and speak English.
  • You are not currently receiving treatment for severe, uncontrolled anxiety or depression for at least one year.
  • You are willing and able to participate in the study.
