Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a benign (non-cancerous) or low-grade malignant tumor in the head or middle part of your pancreas, as seen on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are generally healthy and active (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have severe heart, liver, or kidney problems, or any condition that would make surgery unsafe.
- You have not had other cancers, serious infections, or past surgeries on your upper belly that would interfere.
