Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced invasive breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor type must be hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative or triple-negative (HR-/HER2-).
- Your previous first-line treatment for metastatic disease has stopped working.
- If you are HR+/HER2-, you must have already tried endocrine therapy combined with a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
- If you have triple-negative breast cancer, you must have already tried chemotherapy with a PD-1 inhibitor (if PD-L1 CPS >= 1) or a PARP inhibitor (if you have a BRCA mutation).
- You have at least one measurable tumor as assessed by RECIST criteria and your overall health is good enough for study participation.
