Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a type of cervical cancer called squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous carcinoma.
- Your cancer is at stage IB3 or IIA2 according to the FIGO 2018 system (your doctor can tell you this).
- You are in fairly good health, able to care for yourself (ECOG 0-2 or KPS at least 70).
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function tests are within certain safe ranges.
- If you are of childbearing age, you are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and willing to use birth control during the study.
