  • You are a woman between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with endometriosis (by surgery, imaging, or a doctor).
  • Your pelvic pain is at least moderate (score of 5 out of 9).
  • You are willing to follow a diet plan (either a plant-based diet or your usual diet).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study.
