Who can take part
- Premenopausal woman aged 18–49
- Diagnosed with endometriosis (by surgery, ultrasound, or MRI) in the last 10 years
- Moderate to severe pelvic pain for at least 6 months
- Willing to stop hormonal birth control or hormone injections for a period before the study
- Able to lie still for 1 hour in an MRI machine and do pain tests
- Weigh 300 pounds or less
