  • You are receiving a kidney transplant at this hospital.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • The donor kidney meets certain age and health criteria, such as being from a brain-dead donor or a donor with specific age and health conditions.
  • You do not have a history of multiple kidney transplants.
  • Your transplant follow-up will last at least one year.
