- You are 18 years or older (or a child over 5 with parent's permission)
- You have chronic intestinal failure, meaning you've needed parenteral nutrition for more than 6 months
- You do not have cancer or HIV
- Your intestinal failure is due to a malabsorption problem or after surgery
- You currently receive parenteral nutrition from a homecare infusion company
