Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have advanced cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or imaging.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan and another tumor that can be treated with radiofrequency ablation.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within certain limits.
  • You must be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 120 days after.
  • You must not have serious uncontrolled medical conditions like poorly controlled blood pressure, heart disease, or active infections.
