Who can take part

  • You must have chronic hepatitis delta for at least 6 months.
  • You need to be on a standard hepatitis B treatment like entecavir, TAF, or TDF.
  • Your liver must be either not scarred or have compensated cirrhosis (no severe liver failure).
  • Your hepatitis delta virus level must be above 500 IU/mL at screening.
  • Your ALT liver enzyme level must be higher than normal but not extremely high.
