Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have not received any treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer yet.
  • You must have a blood test that shows tumor DNA can be detected.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT or PET scan.
  • You are 18 years or older and not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have good enough organ function, like enough blood cells and kidney/liver health.
  • Your doctor says you are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You are able to receive the chemotherapy regimen called modified FOLFIRINOX.
