Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed type of kidney disease called primary membranous nephropathy with a positive anti-PLA2R antibody test.
  • Your immune cell count (CD19+ B cells) is at least 40 cells per microliter of blood.
  • Your urine protein level is at least 2.0 grams per gram of creatinine, showing significant protein loss.
  • Your kidney function is good enough, with an eGFR of 35 or higher.

Testing a new drug for primary membranous nephropathy

This trial tests a new drug called ALXN1920 for adults with primary membranous nephropathy (PMN), a kidney disease where the immune system attacks the kidneys.
