Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 45 years old.
  • You are autistic (have a formal diagnosis or score high on an autism screening questionnaire).
  • You can read, understand, and answer questions in English.
  • You are willing to have an MRI brain scan in Aberdeen.
  • You either have no history of an eating disorder, or you have a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa (or a very low body weight).
  • You do not have metal implants or devices that would make an MRI unsafe.
