Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have advanced melanoma that has at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment.
- You must not have an active infection, severe heart or blood vessel disease, or an autoimmune disease that is active or likely to come back.
- You must not have had a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks.
- You must not have had surgery that could affect your participation in the 4 weeks before starting treatment.
