- You are between 18 and 50 years old.
- You were born female and have been diagnosed with moderate to severe endometriosis (stage III or IV) through a scan or previous surgery.
- You are planning to have surgery for severe endometriosis, and your pelvic pain is at least a 4 out of 10.
- You can speak and understand English well enough to take part.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
