Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have been newly diagnosed with stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your tumor does not have receptors for estrogen, progesterone, or HER2 (triple-negative).
  • You have not had any previous treatment for breast cancer, such as chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.
  • You are in good general health, with no serious heart, lung, or other major medical conditions.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
