Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old with newly diagnosed triple-negative breast cancer that is at high risk of spreading but has not spread to distant organs.
- You must have a tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You need to be in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have enough blood cells and normal organ function, such as kidneys and liver.
- You cannot have active autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart problems, or other cancers within the last 5 years.
