This study tests a special exercise program (hypopressive exercises) to see if it can help men who have both leaking urine and erection problems after prostate cancer surgery. You would learn gentle movements that may strengthen your pelvic muscles and improve control.

Who can take part

  • You are a man who had prostate cancer and your prostate removed (radical prostatectomy).
  • You have both leakage of urine and trouble with erections.
  • You are older than 55.
  • You can understand simple instructions and are able to read and write.
  • You can voluntarily tighten your pelvic floor muscles (the muscles you use to stop urine flow).
