Deep brain stimulation for ADHD treatment

Who can take part

  • Men and women aged 21 to 65
  • Diagnosed with ADHD according to standard criteria
  • If taking ADHD medication, willing to switch to Ritalin IR (short-acting) and follow timing rules
  • No other active psychiatric disorders (like depression or bipolar)
  • No history of seizures, head injury, metal implants in head, or certain medical devices
