Study of dostarlimab plus chemotherapy for advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of the immunotherapy drug dostarlimab with standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) for people with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer that has a specific genetic feature called dMMR or MSI-H. The goal is to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone.

This trial tests a new maintenance treatment (GSK5733584) for women with a certain type of endometrial cancer (MMRp or MSS). It's for people whose cancer has not grown after initial chemo and immunotherapy, and they will continue immunotherapy as part of the study.
This trial tests a new drug (mocertatug rezetecan) compared to standard chemotherapy for people with endometrial cancer that has progressed after platinum-based chemo and immunotherapy. It may help if your tumor has a protein called B7-H4.
This trial tests the drug dostarlimab, alone or with other therapies, given before surgery in people with advanced stage 3 or 4 endometrial cancer. The goal is to see if these treatments shrink the cancer and improve outcomes before the planned operation.
This Phase 2 study tests whether adding dostarlimab (an immunotherapy medicine) to radiation after surgery can lower cancer returning and improve outcomes. It’s for people with certain endometrial cancers found to have specific genetic/molecular changes and who have stage III/IVA disease after surgery.
