This trial tests a new maintenance treatment (GSK5733584) for women with a certain type of endometrial cancer (MMRp or MSS). It's for people whose cancer has not grown after initial chemo and immunotherapy, and they will continue immunotherapy as part of the study.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have endometrial cancer (like endometrioid, serous, clear cell, or carcinosarcoma) that is MMRp or MSS.
- You have finished 6 cycles of carboplatin and paclitaxel with immunotherapy (pembrolizumab or dostarlimab) and your cancer hasn't grown.
- Your cancer must be stage III with some tumor left after surgery, stage III not suitable for surgery, stage IV, or recurrent cancer that hasn't been treated with chemo before (or came back more than 12 months after prior treatment).
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You cannot have had certain other cancers or serious lung, heart, or liver problems.
