  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread (stage II to IV)
  • Your doctors have a good-quality digital image of your tumor tissue
  • The AI tool successfully finds mutations in EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 genes
  • You have never received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for your cancer
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and give informed consent
