Who can take part
- You are an adult male aged 18 or older.
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and is still growing even after treatment with abiraterone and hormone therapy.
- Your doctor has checked your health and says you are well enough to receive chemotherapy (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You agree to take the study drug Rezvilutamide along with docetaxel chemotherapy.
- You do not have another cancer that needs treatment, a history of seizures, or severe liver, kidney, heart, or immune system problems.
