Who can take part
- You are a man aged 40 or older.
- You had surgery to remove your prostate, and the cancer was confirmed as adenocarcinoma (the most common type).
- Your PSA level dropped below 0.1 ng/mL after surgery but then rose again to over 0.2 ng/mL at least twice, with no clear signs of cancer spread on standard scans.
- You have at least one risk factor, such as a high CAPRA-S score (6 or more), a Gleason score of 8-10, PSA above 0.5, or certain advanced features in your pathology.
- You have not had hormone therapy or pelvic radiation before, and your overall health is good (ECOG 0-1, life expectancy over 10 years).
