Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate them.
  • You can provide a tumor sample from a recent biopsy (within 3 years) or be willing to have a biopsy.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You cannot have cancer that has spread to your brain or spinal cord, or a history of certain bowel or heart conditions.
