Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have advanced cancer that has not responded to standard treatments, or no standard treatment is available.
- Your cancer has spread to your lungs and/or liver.
- You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (a score of 0 or 1 on a standard scale).
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are within acceptable ranges.
- If you have lung metastases, your lung function is good enough and you do not need oxygen. If you have liver metastases, your liver is not more than 70% affected.
- You are willing to provide a tissue sample (either from a previous biopsy or a new one).
