Study of immunotherapy and regorafenib for advanced liver cancer

Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and have advanced liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse during or after your first treatment, or you could not tolerate that treatment.
  • You need at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must have good liver function (Child-Pugh class A), good kidney and blood counts, and be able to walk and care for yourself (ECOG 0-1).
  • If you have hepatitis B or C, it must be well-controlled with antiviral therapy.
  • You cannot have had regorafenib before, or have certain other health problems (like serious heart disease, bleeding issues, or autoimmune diseases).
