Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) that cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have already tried a first treatment that included a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor plus bevacizumab, and it did not work or you could not tolerate it.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B, score 7 or less) and you do not have a history of hepatic encephalopathy (a condition where the liver can't remove toxins from the blood, affecting the brain).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You have not had any bleeding from veins in your esophagus or stomach in the last 6 months, and an endoscopy within the last 3 months shows no high-risk varices (enlarged veins).
