- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- You are starting TB treatment for the first time or restarting it after being lost from care.
- You live in the Buffalo City Metro (BCM) Health District in South Africa.
- If you join the HIV part of the study, you must be HIV-positive and not currently taking HIV medications (ART).
- You are willing to provide written consent to participate.
