L19TNF plus chemo for returning IDH-mutant brain tumor

Who can take part

  • Your brain tumor must have an IDH mutation (found in previous genetic testing).
  • You've already had chemotherapy (like temozolomide or lomustine) and your tumor has come back or grown.
  • You have either an oligodendroglioma or an astrocytoma (WHO grade 2 or higher).
  • You need measurable tumor on an MRI scan (using RANO 2.0 criteria).
  • You must be 18 or older and in generally good health to handle the treatment.
  • You must not be pregnant, and if able to have children, you must use effective birth control for several months during and after treatment.
