Who can take part

  • You do endurance sports like running, cycling, or swimming for more than 7 hours each week.
  • You train at least 5 days a week.
  • You do not have REDs (a condition where your body lacks energy for training).
  • You do not have an active eating disorder.
  • You are not following a low-carb, high-fat diet (like keto).
