Who can take part
- You and your partner have been experiencing some conflict or unhappiness in your relationship.
- Both of you are at least 18 years old and live together.
- You have at least one child under 18 living at home.
- You live in a participating Danish municipality and can read and understand Danish.
- You have internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and agree not to start couple therapy until after the 3-month check-in.
- You are not currently planning to separate, having an affair, or dealing with severe safety concerns (like recent physical violence that caused injury or fear).
