Suicide prevention program for Black middle school students in Chicago

This trial tests whether adding a support team of trusted adults to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) helps Black youth who have recently had thoughts of suicide or a suicide attempt. You and a parent or guardian would be involved, and you would also name a support person (like a relative, coach, or mentor) to join the team.
