Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that hasn't responded to standard treatments or you can't tolerate them, or there is no standard treatment available.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- No other cancer in the last 5 years (except some skin cancers or early-stage cancers).
- You haven't had chemotherapy in the last 3 weeks, or radiation or other cancer treatments in the last 4 weeks.
