Who can take part

  • You were diagnosed with stage I, II, or III breast cancer
  • You finished your main treatments (surgery, chemo, or radiation) at least 6 months ago
  • You currently have pain or unusual feelings in the arm or shoulder on the side of your surgery
  • You are physically able to do moderate-intensity exercise (like walking fast)
  • You have not had cancer return in the same breast area, and you don't have a second cancer
  • You speak Spanish fluently
