Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older (19 in South Korea).
  • Your cancer is advanced (locally advanced or spread to other parts of the body) and standard treatments have not worked, or you can't tolerate them.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called MTAP deficiency, which your doctor can test for.
  • You are in good general health, able to care for yourself and do light activities (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You have adequate organ function and are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample before treatment.
