Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a confirmed MTAP or CDKN2A deletion (a specific genetic change) found in a tissue or blood test
  • Your cancer must be advanced, metastatic (spread), relapsed, or refractory (didn't respond to standard treatment) with no other standard options available
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on imaging
  • You must be 18 years or older and able to swallow pills by mouth
  • You must be in reasonably good health (KPS score ≥60 for brain tumors, ECOG 0-1 for other cancers) with life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • You cannot have received cancer treatment or experimental drugs within 28 days before starting, and must have recovered from side effects of prior treatments
