  • You are between 60 and 70 years old.
  • You live in a nursing home in Ankara, Turkey.
  • You have had diabetes or high blood pressure for at least 3 years.
  • You have good memory and thinking skills (no serious confusion).
  • You do not have severe hearing or vision problems, and you can do daily activities on your own.
